CyberDI Launches CMMC Taiwan: Unlocking Potential in the Defense Supply Chain

CyberDI is proud to announce CMMC Taiwan, a new training initiative running August 17–22, 2026 in Taipei, developed in partnership with AiTaiwan Certification (AiTC) and AINetwork. This marks CyberDI's first dedicated CMMC training program delivered to the Taiwanese defense supply chain, one of the most critical links in the global production of chips and sensors that power drones and undersea systems.

Three Learning Experiences, One Week

CMMC Taiwan brings CyberDI's Authorized Training Partner curriculum directly to Taipei with three distinct sessions, each designed for a different point in the CMMC journey:

  1. CMMC Foundations A one-day introduction to CMMC and Level 1 requirements, covering the basics of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and walking suppliers through how to complete a Level 1 self-assessment.

  2. Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) A four-day official CyberAB class taught by two instructors, built on content approved under CyberDI's CyberAB ATP, APP, and ISACA ATO accreditations. Students who complete the course are positioned to sit for the CCP exam and join the broader CMMC ecosystem.

  3. CMMC Executive Session A one-day strategy session for C-suite leaders, covering the CMMC requirements landscape and business opportunities ahead, closing with a networking session connecting Taiwanese suppliers directly with buyers from major primes.

All sessions are conducted in English. While the program is built for Taiwan's critical suppliers, the sessions are open to any organization looking to strengthen its position in the defense supply chain.

Instructors on the Ground

CyberDI Certified Instructor Brett Cox, Deputy Program Manager for the DFARS Cybersecurity Program Management Office and Principal at The Boeing Company, will lead the CCP training. He'll be joined by Dr. Greg McVerry, CMMC course author and Associate Professor of Curriculum and Instruction at Southern Connecticut State University, who will co-lead the Foundations and CCP sessions.

Why Taiwan, Why Now

Taiwan's semiconductor and sensor manufacturers sit at the heart of the defense supply chain that keeps drones in the air and systems under the sea operational. As CMMC requirements continue to flow down through DoD contracts, building CMMC literacy and readiness among these suppliers is a critical step in securing the broader supply chain. CMMC Taiwan is CyberDI's first step in extending that readiness beyond U.S. borders.
