RAJ NARAYAN

Raj Narayan brings four decades of experience in banking across governance, risk, technology, security, audit, and financial crimes compliance. He currently serves as Managing Partner at IYCOM and holds ISACA's Advanced in AI Audit (AAIA), Advanced in AI Security Management (AAISM), and Advanced in AI Risk (AAIR) credentials, in addition to the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer designations.

An ISACA Platinum Member and ISACA Engage Champion, Raj consults independently as an instructor in emerging technologies including AI, cloud, and blockchain, and is a frequent speaker on AI governance, AI security, AI risk, data governance, and global sanctions for forums such as Risk Learning, Transform Finance, Strategy Insights, and the ISACA Charlotte and Atlanta chapters. He also serves on the board of the ACFE Charlotte Chapter.

Raj is an APMG International Accredited Trainer for CISA, CISM, AAIA, AAISM, and CDPSE, and an APMG University Instructor for CET - AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Fundamentals, giving him a teaching foundation that spans traditional IT audit and security disciplines as well as the emerging AI assurance space CYBERDI is now building into its curriculum.

He holds a Master of Software Technology and Systems and a Master's in Information Systems (MIS), along with certifications including ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO/IEC 27701 Lead Auditor, Certified Cloud Security Knowledge Contributor (CCSK v5), Trusted AI Safety Expert (TAISE), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Raj is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
